A life of alignment is waiting for you.

You’ve read the books. You’ve followed the Instagram accounts. You’re worn out from always doing what think you’re “supposed” to, but scared of the alternative. You’ve been shoving down change that’s trying to claw it’s way out of you, wondering if you’re ready but unsure of how and if you can actually…do it.

If you’re ready to feel at home in your life and your body, do the work with a mentor’s guidance, and gain the confidence and clarity that comes with being aligned to your true self, private coaching might be the game changer you need.

PRIVATE COACHING SERVICE

What does private coaching look like?

extended time to bloom

3 months of time together

Real change doesn’t happen with one conversation or “aha” moment, it comes from consistent work in gaining new understanding of ourselves and building new thoughts and behaviors, with connection and guidance from someone who’s walked your path. We’ll use three months together to build lasting change you can carry on once our time is done.

    • a thorough exploration of who you are and what you want

    • guidance in goal setting

    • accountability on your journey

    • personal calls throughout the month

    • between session support

    • resources to help you along the way

    • add-on access to me available after our container ends

connection & strategy

Within our three months together, we’ll do seven 60 minute calls with personalized exploration on your fears, needs, and goals. In this time I’ll be doing a lot of active listening, asking you strategic questions, and sharing resources personal to your journey. You’ll walk away from our sessions with a written summary of our insights and action points for the coming week.

60 minute bi-weekly calls

    • Seven 60-minute phone calls

    • Personalized resource recommendation

    • personalized mantras

    • written recaps of each session

consistent access to me

between session support

The hardest part about growth is those moments where you feel isolated in both your losses and wins. But that’s why I’m here - to have your back every step of the way. With private coaching, you get access to me between our sessions via Voxer, an app where you can text and voice memo me during business hours and get extra encouragement, clarity, feedback, and a listening ear as you make your way into new territory.

    • between session support M-F during business hours

    • ability to connect with me through text and voice message

    • maintenance of progress and accountability

 FAQs

  • A great question! Therapy is a service offered by licensed mental health professionals. I personally think of therapy as the best option for people 1) seeking professional help for their mental health and 2) seeking to achieve a baseline functioning.

Coaching on the other hand is more akin to mentorship, is a private service that does not require licensure, and involves a more intimate, two-way relationship centered on action and accountability. I like to think of it as taking people from their baseline closer to their best (and most authentic) self.

I think both of these services are incredibly useful in different ways, and certainly not mutually exclusive. (In other words, I’m not a therapist, and not a replacement for one!)

  • No! It is not the same for everyone. While the coaching program is a three month period for all clients with, a loose framework of how we will work together, we work very specifically on your personal goals, focusing on what matters most to you, so that you are getting the absolute most out of your investment in time with me.

  • We work together in a three month container, with opportunities to continue work together “a la carte” once you have completed three months with me.

  • Absolutely. I don’t think any of us should be shoved into a one-size-fits-all solution. While I decided it was best for me to leave my faith, I still have deep respect and connection to spirituality. My goal is to connect each woman I work with to her own heart’s desires and instincts, not mine.

  • I have a bachelor’s degree (and four years experience) in education, curriculum development, and student mentorship, with 15 years of lived experience in stepping out of a life built on pleasing others, and into one that helps me live in a way that is true to myself. (Ironically, this usually leads to everyone in your life being happier in the long run!)

Coaching is a private service, which means there are no official requirements for licensure or accreditation. Rather, coaching is most successful when you’ve found someone who has the compatibility, understanding, skills, and life experience to help guide you in accomplishing what you’re hoping for in life.

There’s never a “completely ready”

“All the ‘not readies,’ all the ‘I need time,’ are understandable,

but only for a short while. The truth is that there is never a

‘completely ready,’ there is never a really ‘right time.’

As with any descent to the unconscious, there comes a time

when one simply hopes for the best,  pinches one's nose,

and jumps into the abyss.  If this were not so, we would not have

needed to create the words heroine, hero, or courage.”
